For architects
and builders.
Security is not added to finished works: it is designed together with the building.
Why before construction
Conduits, power supplies, niches for devices, passages between rooms, the position of a safe room or a vault: these are choices the architectural design makes long before the security system. If security comes later, it adapts to the building with cuts, visible trunking and aesthetic compromises. If it comes with the design, the building is born consistent with its own system and the result stays discreet.
What I can do for you
How we work
- Drawings and goals. I receive the drawings and understand what the client wishes to protect.
- Analysis and guidance. I assess access points, perimeters and blind spots and indicate what to prepare and where.
- Coordination. I stay available to the firm and the contractor during construction.
- Installation and assistance. Installation, commissioning and ongoing assistance, 24/7 if needed, through NetCom Security Group.
Confidentiality
In high-end projects discretion is part of the work. Drawings, client data and security choices stay confidential and I use them only for the consultation.
Frequently asked questions
Does the first consultation cost the firm anything?
No. The site survey and the first consultation are free and without obligation.
Can I involve you once the project is under way?
Yes. Earlier is better, but even on a project under way it is possible to act on conduits and spaces not yet closed. After the works, it can still be done, with a few more compromises.
Do you work on a single property or on several projects?
Both: a single villa, a renovation or several properties of the same client.
Where do you work?
Across Italy. The base is in Negrar di Valpolicella, in the province of Verona.
