Pre-wiring, cable routes, access points and perimeter, protected rooms such as safe rooms and vaults; the client receives a building already consistent with its own system.
How it works
- You get in touch. By phone, email or LinkedIn: we talk and I understand what you want to protect.
- Floor plan and areas. You send the floor plan (for a new project, the architects’ drawings) and mark the important areas: I analyse them before visiting.
- Site survey. I check access points, perimeters and blind spots on site or on the building site, together with whoever lives, works or designs the spaces.
- Analysis and proposal. Risks and priorities in writing; then, if you wish, the design with the right solutions.

Does the consultation cost anything?
No. The site survey and the first consultation are free and without obligation.
How long does the survey take?
It depends on the size of the house or facility. If you send me the floor plan and mark the areas to protect, the work is faster and more precise.
What should I prepare?
Almost nothing, and nothing is mandatory. The more you give me, the more focused the survey: the floor plan of the house or facility (a phone photo or a PDF is fine); the areas to protect, meaning entrances, garden and perimeter, and valuable rooms such as jewellery, collections, safes or a study; and, if any, existing systems and what worries you or what happened. With this I prepare a first analysis with NetCom One, NetCom’s assessment tool, and arrive at the survey with initial hypotheses ready. If you have none of this, no problem: I survey everything on site. Your documents stay confidential and I use them only for your consultation.
Is it suitable for businesses too?
Yes. The method is the same: access points, perimeters, vulnerabilities and the value of assets are analysed before any technology is chosen. It applies to offices, warehouses, hospitality, jewellers, healthcare facilities and isolated sites.
Do you work with architecture firms and builders?
Yes. I can support the firm or the contractor already at design stage, for a single house or several properties: we start from the drawings, identify access points, perimeter and rooms to protect, and define the pre-wiring before the works make it costly to add. This first consultation is free too.
Where do you work?
Across Italy. The base is in Negrar di Valpolicella, in the province of Verona.
What do I get at the end?
A written report with risks and priorities and, if you wish, a technical proposal. There is no obligation to proceed.
